Shipping
When multiple orders are placed, we will combine shipping where possible even if multiple shipping charges have been paid. This is to reduce wastage and make an attempt to save our planet.
Please be sure to check your cart carefully before ordering, as we unfortunately cannot change or add to your existing order once placed.
International Shipping (coming soon!)
In future, we will be offering international shipping. Costs will be calculated at checkout. The buyer will be responsible for any customs or duty charges.
Returns
We pride ourselves on our product quality and want you to love your purchase! We offer returns if you are not fully satisfied with your item. Please choose carefully when selecting personalised gifts, as personalised products are excluded from our returns policy unless deemed faulty.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- Your item must be in the original packaging,
- Please remember, customised goods cannot be returned so please select any personalised purchases carefully.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
All returned items must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If you are returning an item you must use a trackable shipping service.
Please contact us first to arrange any returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return the item will be inspected and an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Exchanges for Faulty Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laser@laserkiwi.co.nz.
Gifts
If you were lucky enough to receive an item as a gift, and this was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your item if the item needs to be returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
